Herö Trail Running Race Adeje

The municipality of Adeje is playing host to Herö Trail Adeje, the mountain running race leading to the most beautiful and secluded spots in the area.

The race comes in two versions, depending on the length of the course. First, there is Herö Trail 12km, starting at Calle Grande, going through Boca del Paso, following the trail to La Quinta and going back to the town centre of Adeje. Then, there is Herö Trail Adeje 22km, with the same starting point and finish line as the 12-kilometre race but adding a stretch along a traditional trail from La Quinta to Ifonche. Participants can run alone or in pairs.
